About Me
I am a massage therapist with a passion for supporting healing and revitalization, especially by connecting with people who have to work hard to feel at ease in their bodies. Many clients come to see me specifically for relief of pain and tension in their back, neck, head and shoulders. I enjoy offering wonderful full-body treatments as well, but I find working in these areas especially rewarding as so many people have told me again and again how much better they feel when that soreness, stiffness and tension begins to melt away in their neck, or how their headache is finally gone, or how their back feels so much more loose and comfortable. Regardless of your needs and goals, I strive to provide a safe and restorative energy and space that is accessible and inviting to you in all your brilliant uniqueness.
Hi, I’m Cassie Renée McBride
I am a transgender woman, a mom and live with chronic vision disabilities most experts have called “interesting”. I am also an entrepreneur, a communications and marketing expert, a life-long student and a teacher. I left my previous occupation in tech consulting when my vision impairment began to prevent me from working at a computer, and I have no complaints about that transition. My life, career and experiences have allowed me to live in diverse communities and cultures all over the United States, travel to many other countries, and work in more than a dozen occupations and industries. My favorite, most fulfilling work has always been supporting the success and growth of other people, as a manager, small business owner, mentor to students, a team trainer, as a diversity, equity and inclusion consultant for corporations large and small, and now as a massage therapist and health educator.

Training & Education
I am a massage therapist and health educator and was trained in multiple massage therapy methods, modalities and techniques at the National Holistic Institute, one of the most established and respected massage therapy schools in the US.
I am a member of the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA) and have taken multiple additional continuing education courses provided by the AMTA.
